Abu Dhabi: Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec) has achieved an Emiratisation rate of 50 per cent of its total workforce, marking an increase in the number of Emirati employees from 44 per cent in 2013, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.
Adnec expects this figure to rise to 51 per cent by end of 2014. The company currently employs a total of 103 Emiratis, 45 per cent of whom are women.
