Dubai:: The DIFC Courts said on Monday it has agreed a new streamlined process for the international enforcement of its judgments via the Ministry of Justice, providing additional certainty to businesses using Dubai’s English-language, common law court system.

The changes have been made in response to the increasingly international workload of the DIFC Courts, which saw the total value of claims and counterclaims filed in 2014 increase by 81 per cent to cross one billion dirhams for the first time, it said in statement.
