Abu Dhabi: The first meeting of the UAE-Poland Joint Economic Committee will be held in Warsaw from February 6 to 9, 2013 as part of efforts to enhance the future cooperation between the two countries.

Delegation to push forward mutual cooperation
A number of companies and institutions from both the public and private sectors will take part in the meeting.
The meeting coincides with the launch of Emirates Airline’s first direct flight between Dubai and Polish capital Warsaw, in the presence of Shaikh Ahmad Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Department of Civil Aviation, and Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group.
Heading the UAE delegation to Poland, Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, said the UAE was keen to enhance cooperation with all the countries around the world as part of its economic diversification policy.
He stated the meeting would explore more investment and economic opportunities in both the countries, and help push forward the mutual cooperation process.
