EFS Facilities acquires SecurePlus

Abu Dhabi: EFS Facilities Services, an integrated facilities management services company, announced the acquisition of SecurePlus, a UAE-based security services provider.

The acquisition follows the recent launch of EFS’ managed security services division, which caters to security services needs for clients.

As part of the acquisition, EFS has appointed a new management team to manage SecurePlus, with plans to expand the operations of Secureplus across UAE as part of the first phase. It will later introduce security services operations in other key markets.
