Dubai: The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry said it will host a conference on November 14 this year to launch the 10th cycle of the Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award.

The event titled, “Drivers of growth in organisations of the 21st century: Harnessing the human factor,” will discuss key trends that are reshaping the business world including disruptions, increasing workforce pressures, and changing customer attitudes.

In a statement on Monday, the Dubai Chamber said the event will also highlight the new tools that can help drive growth and productivity, and the importance of happiness among workforce and its impact on a company’s bottom line.

Hamad Bu Amim, president and chief executive officer of the Dubai Chamber, said the conference will provide a platform for dialogue on key trends and challenges that are changing the way organisations operate.

The Mohammad Bin Rashid Business Award was initiated in 2005 to recognise organisations that contribute to the sustainable economic development of the UAE and the broader GCC region.
