Dubai: Agthia Group, the Abu Dhabi-listed food and beverage producer, announced on Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Delta Marketing Company, providing Agthia with a fully-fledged water business in Saudi Arabia.
Agthia had signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 100 per cent stake in the water business of Delta in November 2016. Agthia said it plans to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia and grow Al Ain brand across the Kingdom’s market.
Agthia’s share prices inched down 0.16 per cent on Wednesday to reach Dh6.32.
