Dubai: Deciding on whether to go for the Alfa Romeo 4C launch Edition? Then better get a move on as only 500 of these will be built and bookings are now open ahead of the regional launch in February.
The projected retail price is Dh208,000. With a top speed of 258km/h, the 4C can pull out of a standstill to 100km/h in 4.5 seconds — Fiat is certainly aiming for lean and mean with this version.
“With the addition of the 4C alongside the MiTo and Giulietta, Alfa Romeo will be a three car line-up by the end of the first quarter of 2014,” said a top Fiat Chrysler spokesperson. “The 2014 Giulietta, which features the Uconnect system standard on the majority of the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and SRT range, demonstrates the way shared technology will enhance our expanded brand offering.
“As for other models or entry into other segments, there’s nothing definite as yet — the next part of the development plan for the Alfa Romeo brand will be announced by our CEO, Sergio Marchionne, at the end of the first quarter of 2014.”
