Babies trapped inside parent’s car rescued in Fujairah

 Fujairah: Fujairah Civil Defence team rescued two babies who were trapped inside their parent’s car on Thursday.   

“The operations room received an emergency call on Thursday at 11pm from a distraught parent saying that children were trapped inside the car parked outside a market in Fujairah,” a Civil Defence official said.

A rescue team was rushed to the site and they saved the babies using special tools to open the car’s door.

The babies were first handed over to the National Ambulance to check their condition and they were later given to their parents.

The Civil Defence team appealed to parents and drivers to not leave their children unattended in the car under any circumstances.
