Dubai: The Civil Defence crew rescued a kitten after it was trapped behind a high wall inside a building at the Dubai Marina.
A video of the rescue was shared by the Dubai firemen on Sunday.
The Dubai Civil Defence has said that they received a call from a resident about a kitten trapped in a 3-metre hole behind a wall.
The resident was also a member in Yanni animal welfare group.
Rescuers rushed to the scene and, within 15 minutes, the kitty was back on safer ground. Apparently, the mother carried her to the top of the wall to protect her when she fell into the hole.
On their Instagram post, Dubai Civil Defence show their crew arriving at the building and rescuing the kitten. She was checked for injuries before being returned to the mother.
A member in Yanni Animal Welfare group adopted the mother and the kitten.
In April, a video of a kitten perilously stuck in the middle of a major road in Abu Dhabi went viral after the rescue operation carried out by Civil Defence crew was posted on social media.
