Sri Lanka's Serendib Leisure Hotels has chosen a Seven Seas software solution called momentohs for its hospitality management system, its chief executive said yesterday.
"We get to pick the modules that suit our business needs. It obviously has a well-researched design that makes momentohs flexible," said Srilal Miththapala.
"It is a refreshing change from some of the rigid systems that we have seen in the industry."
The momentohs solution is a dedicated information system for the hospitality industry.
The modules are fully independent and consist of front office, back office, fixed assets, call tracking, event management, web reservation portal, central reservation, spa, point-of-sale and food and beverage.
Additional options, set to be released, include customer relationship management, human resources and payroll, fleet management, maintenance management, club management and golf management.
The agreement covers Hotel Serendib at Bentota, Hotel Sigiriya at Sigiriya and Hotel Dolphin at Waikkal.
