Nakheel signs deals for new villas

Dubai: Nakheel signed contracts with SS Lootah Contracting and Arabtec Construction for the construction of 381 villas in the Legacy Villas project at Jumeirah Park, the company announced today. SS Lootah Construction signed a deal to construct 247 villas. Arabtec Construction signed a contract for 134 villas, worth Dh159 million. The value of the both deals is worth more Dh500 million. Nahkeel, which has sold Dh1.2 billion of property at Legacy Villas to date, plans to begin construction in February and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2014.
