The Ladies Interclub Challenge (ICC) Annual General Meeting took place at The Els Club in Dubai recently.

The 12 clubs/teams have confirmed their participation in this 2021-2022 UAE calendar event, sanctioned by the Emirates Golf Federation.

In attendance were representatives from 11 Golf Clubs in the UAE and an EGF Team under the Captaincy of Dr Rabab Alhaj.

Also attending this key meeting that establishes all the rules and regulations for the season long League were Robert Fiala (EGF), Martin McDonagh (Trump International), Joe Way (EGC), Michael Neider (Arabian Ranches GC, Montgomerie GC and Dubai Hills GC) and Conor Rogers (The Els Club).

The drawn was made, with four leagues of three teams in each, with all matches required to be played on both a home and away basis. The winners of each of the four leagues will progress to the ICC final and the remaining eight teams playing in the Day Cup, all being played on Wednesday March 23, with the venue still to be confirmed.

All matches will be played on Wednesdays during the season with the Desert Rose Golfing Society providing players if any team has a shortfall, all according to the agreed ICC rules and regulations.

All captains of respective reams will make arrangements for dates of all the matches which will all be published shortly.

The 2020-2021 edition of the Ladies ICC was won by Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.
