The 36-hole Tower Links Golf Club Men’s Open will be held in Ras Al Khaimah Saturday 8th – Sunday 9th April.

It is the final Qualifying Round for the 2022 – 2023 Emirates Golf Federation Men’s Order of Merit.

The published draw features 32 golfers with a first tee time at 8 am on Saturday with play in fourballs.

The second and final round will be held on Sunday with the leaders out last in gross order.

Included in the field are Jonathan Selvaraj (Trump International GC), currently second in the current OOM, along with Dominic Morton (Trump International GC) in fifth, along with other regulars in the EGF Order of Merit events; Craig Vance (Trump International GC), Peter Whittaker (Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club), Steve Kelbrick (Trump International GC) and Raghav Gulati (Dubai Creek).

Simon Dunn, former member of Emirates Golf Club, and Asian Tour professional, and now reinstated as an amateur playing out of his home club at Tower Links makes a rare tournament appearance having finished third in the recent 54-hole WAGR Waldorf Astoria Men’s Open held down the road at Al Hamra Golf Club, Ras Al Khaimah.

The top 30 players in the final EGF Men’s Order of Merit after this weekend’s Tower Links GC Men’s Open will qualify to play in the 2022 – 2023 EGF Order of Merit Championship to be held at Al Ain Equestrian Shooting and Golf Club, Friday 19th – Sunday 21st May, 2023. This event in May will be a 54-hole strokeplay tournament that is a World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) event supported by the R&A.
