What is the International Pairs?
The International Pairs is a worldwide golf competition for amateur club golfers with a recognized golf handicap and is the world’s largest amateur pairs golf competition.
Specifically aimed and designed to give the amateur, handicap clubs and public handicap-registered golfers, the opportunity to play at a higher level against golfers of other countries in tournament conditions.
Golfers that qualify in their region are invited to represent their club and country at the International Pairs World Finals, all expenses paid.

Sunday 5th February – Arabian Ranches Golf Club
Saturday 4th March – Dubai Hills Golf Club
Saturday 18th March – Jumeirah Golf Estates
Friday 31st March – The Montgomerie Golf Club
What to expect?
Amateur golfers here in the UAE will be able to qualify for the International Pairs World Final through the above qualifiers. Made up of 200+ male and female competitors from around the globe, for the chance to play in the five-day amateur final with the chance to be crowned World Champions.
But there’s more!
In addition, the 2nd International Pairs Festival of Golf in the UAE, this time being held in Abu Dhabi from Sunday 26th – Friday 31st March.
Following the success of the inaugural 2022 event in Dubai, which saw 60 golfers from 7 countries go head to head to be crowned the first ever winners, is returning to the UAE in March.
This event will be played in true International Pairs style, with 2-players teams going head to head in various formats including, Scramble, Greensomes, and Betterball over 3 rounds. There's an optional, 4th round for the serious golf enthusiasts; the night golf scramble, which will take place between the 2nd and 3rd rounds for those that prefer the extra round of golf opposed to a day off.
Winners at the Abu Dhabi International Pairs Festival of Golf will receive free entry into the next year’s edition.
