Dubai: MyGolf Dubai, the first premium indoor golf experience in the region, has partnered with FIGME (Filipino Golfers in the Middle East) Golf Society.
Their first event took place at Al Zorah Golf Club last Friday, the first day of Eid, with Marlon Dominguez taking the overall top prize with 35 Stableford points highlighted with an eagle on the par 5, 18th hole.
FIGME is a non-profit organization which is open to all golfers and was conceptualized in May 2008 by a small group of Filipino golf enthusiasts, whose aim is to enjoy the game and at the same time extend assistance to charitable organizations.
The FIGME partnership will involve MyGolf Dubai hosting events at their indoor facility at Dragon Mart 2, Dubai.
The tournament at Al Zorah Golf Club was supported by MyGolf Dubai and Egolf Megastore.
