At last week’s ARAMCO Team Series — Bangkok, I won $6,586.87 for finishing tied 22nd in the Individual event and $4297.30 in the Team event for finishing tied 11th, with both Divisions offering $500,000 in prize money for a $1 million total purse for the week.
I missed last week’s event on the LETAS, the Flumserberg Ladies Open, in Switzerland as I was playing on the main Ladies European Tour (LET) in Thailand.
I am now in fourth position on the LETAS Order of Merit after two tournaments, of which I have just played in one event in France where I lost in a play-off.
Full privileges
The top six players on the LETAS at the end of the 2022 season will gain their full LET playing privileges for 2023.
As referred to my Gulf News Daily Diary on Saturday this is my target for the year.
It looks like we left Bangkok just in time, as an overnight storm led to more thunderstorms on Sunday, which may have impacted play!
Timing is everything!
