I'd like to start my second daily diary from the Dubai Moonlight Classic presented by EGA with a message of congratulations to Matt Perry and all his agronomy team at Emirates Golf Club. The Faldo Course is in great shape ahead of the tournament, and we can't wait to get the tournament underway on Wednesday.

Not only am I preparing for this week’s Dubai event, which is obviously my immediate focus and priority, but I am also mindful of my schedule for the rest of the season.

I am currently 76th on the season long 2021 Race to Costa Del Sol Order of Merit.

Unfortunately, due to LET regulations, as the Dubai Moonlight Classic has a restricted field of 56 players, no cut and I am an invite, I am not eligible for any Race to Costa Del Sol points this week.

After Dubai I fly out to two events in Saudi Arabia: the ARAMCO Saudi Ladies International Presented by Public Investment Fund and the ARAMCO Team Series – Jeddah, both with full fields of 108 players and both boasting $1 million prizefunds.

I get into these events due to my 2019 LET Tournament Ranking 05C, which was given to me for finishing inside the top 5 in Qualifying School- I finished in a share of second.

All the LET players and the Tour are so thankful to this week’s promoters, Falcon and Associates and all the Dubai Moonlight Classic sponsors as well as all those involved in Golf Saudi on their huge investment in golf, particularly on the Ladies European Tour.

Golf events on the LET in the Middle East certainly extends our season with the great facilities and guaranteed warm weather and, in my opinion, are always a highlight. It would be superb to see more events in this region, I know all the players would like this, and will do anything to encourage and make this happen.

I now have a confirmed schedule for at least three weeks starting now and hopefully four until the end of the 2021 season.

Golf Saudi, the Saudi Golf Federation, ARAMCO and all their sponsors have made a huge positive impact on the LET and we will be with them all in the next couple of weeks. This season we have had, so far, three ARAMCO Team Series events in London, Sotogrande and New York with one more in the Team Series to come in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, as well as the ARAMCO Saudi Ladies International Presented by Public Investment Fund.

I have played in London, Spain and New York in the ARAMCO Team Series events and have personally enjoyed the unique team format of the three Pros and one amateur, best two from four on each hole, alongside the Individual event.

Then to the season ending tournament on the LET season, the €600,000 Andalucia Costa del Sol de Espana at Los Naranjos Golf Club, Marbella, Spain.

According to the LET website, I am currently in the field in Spain at number 67 with a field of 72 including 8 tournament invites. I look forward to a strong finish to my 2021 season.

Off to the range again!
