84 Players participated in the 1st event of the Troon Dubai Triangular Series between Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills and The Montgomerie Dubai held at Arabian Ranches. The format for the day was an Individual Stableford, with the best 10 stableford scores from each club counting towards the team score.
Taking the early lead was the team of Arabian Ranches with 372 points, followed by Dubai Hills on 314 points and The Montgomerie Dubai on 301 points.
Individual prizes were also awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd players in the Men’s and Ladies Division. Winning the Ladies Division on 40 points was Laira Taylor, followed by Elena Revenko on 36 points in 2nd and Dania Mchaourab on 34 points in 3rd. The Men’s Division was won by Graham Atherton on 39 points, with Adam Smith winning the countback for 2nd against Martin Taylor after both finishing on 38 points.
