Watch: Sheikh Khalifa, Sheikh Mohamed visit forest reserve

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on Thursday visited Ghanadha Nature Reserve. Sheikh Khalifa was briefed on the development work taking place in the reserve. He praised the efforts to preserve the environment and natural resources from waste and excessive consumption.

Sheikh Khalifa lauded the achievements UAE made in protecting wildlife after the establishment of many nature reserves to preserve ecosystems and geographical landmarks. He underlined the importance of promoting environmental awareness, preserving natural habitats, protecting ecosystems and considering them part of today's life culture, among future generations.

Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain, Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, were also present.
