President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai attend a session on Day 1 of World Government Summit.

Mohammed Al Gergawi, the UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the World Government Summit, officially opened the summit with a talk titled - ‘A Decade of Change’.
