Blazing a trail in Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector, Taif women are redefining the rose industry, turning traditional cultivation into a platform for modern, luxury body care products.

Their commitment is evident in their dedication to training and qualification. Initiatives such as the Roseyar factory project are equipping women with valuable skills in production and management, paving the way for a generation of empowered industrial leaders.

Introduced in 2021 by Saudi Aramco, Roseyar empowers women through training, employment, and the production of premium body care products infused with Taif rose oil.

Roseyar initiative supports local talent and resources while fostering sustainable commercial activity that preserves cultural heritage and promotes community growth.

The factory currently produces seven products, including body lotion and room spray, using state-of-the-art equipment and rigorous quality control measures. Taif women oversee all production stages, from ingredient weighing to temperature monitoring and formula blending, ensuring adherence to international standards.
