Life is to give and not to take
It is unfortunate and painful to read about the continuous suicide attacks that take the lives of so many innocent people around the world on a daily basis. How long will these mad and heinous acts continue? It is about time that we stand up for such crimes but in order to do so, we need to understand and remember that life is to give and not to take.
We have reached a point where religion has been reduced to fanatic beliefs, cruel superstitions and mechanical rituals. These parasitic practices have led humanity to extreme fundamentalism and now these religious fundamentalists are destroying us.
Today’s society is deprived of reasoning, studies and research on the truth and realities governing life and as a result, we are facing a total stagnation in terms of religion. As a result, the soul of religion is lost, and people are trying to hold on to what’s left.
It is important that we understand that human life is precious. However, when a human doesn’t find peace and harmony, he or she attributes the cause of discontent to the world. The issue is that we always think that the world needs correction and fail to realise that the solution lies in improving — not the world, but yourself.
If your mind is full of negativity, that is how you will view the world around you. Therefore, change the pattern of your thoughts and feelings, in turn, the entire world will change.
It is time that we reflect and look for a solution in order to stop this menace for the good of humanity, and to co-exist with love, peace and harmony.
