The eagerly-anticipated British Fashion Awards were held at Royal Albert Hall in London recently. The event, which was attended by a slew of celebrities, pays homage to top fashion designers of the world and other creatives. While glamour wasn’t in short supply, we picked some of the best looks from the awards, which was the first in-person since the pandemic.

One of the most prestigious events on the fashion calendar in the world, the awards were attended by Nick Jonas, Priyanka Chopra, Dua Lipa, Lily Allen and Kris Jenner among others. Dozens of other fashion icons were in attendance including the inimitable Tommy Hilfiger.

Priyanka Chopra-Jonas looked stunning in a floral outfit, with resplendent high jewellery Serpenti necklace in pink gold with mother-of-pearl coral elements pave diamonds. Her earrings, meanwhile were white gold with two round cut brilliant diamonds also by Bulgari.

Actor Lucien Laviscount made a statement in a classic B.Zero1 set. Crafted from 18K rose gold the set features a pendant, necklace and four-band ring, from Bulgari, but looking striking a low-slung t-shirt and burgundy blazer. Singer Dua Lipa, meanwhile looked stunning in custom dress by young British designers mvximilian.

The award ceremony, which was presented by the British Fashion Council in association with TikTok presented the Outstanding Achievement Award to Tommy Hilfiger. Leader of Change Honourees at the event included designers, brands, creatives, and individuals who have brought about positive change within the fashion industry under three categories: Environment, People and Creativity.

On a more solemn note, the event opened with a heart-rending tribute to the recently deceased Virgil Abloh, artistic director and founder of Off-White urban luxury label. British actor and a friend of Abloh’s recited ‘When Great Trees Fall’ -- a poem by Maya Angelou.
