Ramadan Night Market, DWTC: The 10-day Ramadan Night Market will start at the Dubai World Trade Center on April 9. Open from 5pm to 2am daily, head here for fashion, handicrafts, jewellery, souvenirs, household items and food.

Ramadan Night Market, Yas Bay: Perfect for a family outing, this Abu Dhabi destination will feature live entertainment, delicious food, kid-friendly events and more. Entry is free, so head there with family and friends in tow. Date: March 30 – April 23.

Ramadan Nights, Expo Centre Sharjah: Starting on April 5, Sharjah will host this 17-day shopping festival ‘Ramadan nights’. Residents can visit the 40th edition of this ‘bazaar’ for great discounts, culinary delights, games and entertainment. The venue has free parking but entry will cost Dh5 per person older than 12. Date: April 5 onwards till end of Ramadan.

Dubai’s popular Ramadan Markets are a great opportunity to experience the traditional Ramadan atmosphere and culture. Usually held in large air-conditioned tents or indoors at shopping malls, these markets offer a wide range of products such as food, clothing, home decor, and gifts. From March 22 to April 21, Oasis Mall will host the Ramadan at Oasis market (10am-midnight). Visitors can enjoy daily dates and kahwa after Maghrib prayers and shop for items such as honey, dates, Arabic sweets, and decorative items.
