For Bricks & Beams Real Estate, a transaction is a deeply personal interaction every time
Having relocated from Mumbai to Dubai in 2003, how has your multicultural background influenced your approach to real estate in the UAE’s diverse market?
Being born and brought up in Mumbai provided me with a perfect canvas for a diverse personality and multiculturalism. This experience helped me synchronise with Dubai’s cosmopolitan population. It gave me a unique perspective on adapting to new environments and cultures.
The UAE attracts people from all over the world, each bringing their own expectations and values when it comes to property purchasing. My multicultural background has helped me better understand those differences, communicate more effectively and create tailored solutions that resonate with a wide range of clients.
It’s also made me more empathetic - moving countries is a major life event, and I ensure our clients feel supported throughout their journey.
Bricks and Beams Real Estate emphasises a personalised approach and comprehensive expertise. Can you share how this philosophy translates into client experiences and sets your firm apart in Dubai’s competitive real estate landscape?
At Bricks and Beams, we believe that real estate is deeply personal. Whether someone is buying their first home, investing, or relocating, it’s a significant milestone.
We don’t treat it like a transaction - it’s a relationship. Our team spends time understanding each client’s goals, lifestyle, and concerns. This tailored guidance, combined with our in-depth market knowledge, allows us to offer smart, data-driven advice without losing the human touch.
In a market as fast-moving and competitive as Dubai, this approach helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.
With 16 years of industry experience, you’ve witnessed significant shifts in Dubai’s property market. What emerging trends do you foresee shaping the future of real estate in the region, and how is Bricks and Beams positioning itself to lead in these areas?
Dubai’s market has matured significantly, and the current trends reflect that evolution. We’re seeing growing interest in sustainable communities, branded residences and mainly waterfront projects. Buyers are becoming more informed and are looking for long-term value, not just aesthetics.
There’s also a clear shift towards community-centric developments and lifestyle offerings. At Bricks and Beams, we’re adapting by educating our clients on these emerging opportunities and aligning ourselves with developers who prioritise innovation and sustainability.
We’re also investing in proptech tools to enhance our service quality and responsiveness, ensuring we stay ahead in delivering a seamless experience.
Your active presence on platforms like Instagram showcases a blend of professional achievements and team celebrations. How do you believe this digital engagement impacts your brand’s connection with clients and the broader community?
Social media allows us to go beyond listings - it’s where we share our story, values and culture. By showing our professional milestones and everyday moments with the team, we humanise our brand.
Clients get a glimpse of the passion and integrity behind our work, which builds trust even before the first meeting. It also helps us stay connected with a wider community, locally and globally.
Many of our clients have reached out after engaging with our content online, feeling they already know who we are. That authenticity and accessibility make a real difference in today’s digital-first world.
