The College of Mass Communications at the University of Sharjah recently held its 2nd Media Exhibition showcasing student work and promoting the different concentrations of the programme.
The college offers degrees in print journalism, broadcast journalism, visual media and public relations. Each of these was represented at the exhibition in a number of innovative ways.
The event also served to introduce students to media organisations, giving them an opportunity to learn more about their area of specialisation from professionals.
It was also a chance to explore future job opportunities.
Participating media companies included Sharjah TV, Al Bayan and Al Khaleej. Representatives from Sharjah Municipality, Avid and CADD Emirates were also present.
