Bollywood’s ruling stars of the ‘90s to talk women’s empowerment for their film ‘Gulaab Gang’
Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla, who ruled Bollywood in the ’90s, will be in Dubai on Wednesday to promote their film Gulaab Gang.
Keeping with the theme of this film, which highlights women’s empowerment, the two stars will visit International Modern Hospital in Bur Dubai and deliver a speech on encouraging women to take charge. They are also likely to make an appearance at a local fashion boutique.
Gulaab Gang, which releases this Thursday in the UAE, is a tale of a fearless woman (Dixit), who, along with a group of female vigilantes and activists, fights against the social injustices and abuse of women. Her fight leads her to take on a powerful politician, played by Chawla.
