My overall aim is to… live a healthier, more balanced life.

The 3 changes I most want to make…
1. Create regular and consistent good habits for both nutrition and fitness.
2. Limit my caffeine intake and stop substituting coffee for meals.
3. Learn how to stop worrying unnecessarily.

The area of The Life Challenge I’m most worried about is… The fitness assessment and exercise regime. At the moment, I don’t do any targeted fitness, and both finding the time to do it, and being motivated enough to do it, does concern me – especially after long days at work.

The area of The Life Challenge I’m most looking forward to is… The life coaching sessions with Master NLP Practitioner Shana Kad. I’m really excited about taking the Personal Breakthrough Journey, and discovering how to let go of past negative experiences and re-program my thinking and emotions, so any unnecessary worry and anxiety is more manageable.

The most difficult part of The Life Challenge for me will be… Fitting everything in. As a full-time working mother, I’m concerned that I won’t be able to fit the diet/nutritional and fitness regimes, especially, into my life. It has to be practical enough so that I’m fitting it all around my life, rather than the other way around. I don’t have time to cook all homemade meals or exercise exclusively for myself every day.
