JafzaOne achieves new project milestone

Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza) has recently announced the completion of phase one of the JafzaOne Convention Centre Complex, which is now ready to be leased out. However, the units will be ready for delivery in December next year.

The Dh2.5-billion, self-contained business hub is designed to accommodate more than 1,000 organisations and more than 10,000 business professionals.

Spread across 72,700 sq m, the complex comprises two 34-floor twin towers. It boasts a 320-room four-star hotel, a 606-seat auditorium, a 1,000-sq-m banquet hall, 22 meeting and conference rooms, a conference hall and a 1,500-sq-m exhibition hall. There are also four floors for parking with 4,000 parking spaces.

The highlight of the project is its location. It promises an easy commute to Downtown Dubai with its direct access to Shaikh Zayed Road. It also provides easy access to Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport.
