Brand it like Beckham
A loving father, David Beckham kissed his three sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz, on each of their foreheads as they settled down to sleep on their Emirates flight to Dubai on Monday night.
As Victoria snuggled under her blanket in the first class cabin, the iconic family chatted and calmly got ready for a sleepy seven hours from London's Heathrow airport.
"He was such a kind, loving and attentive father," said an onlooker who frequently flies with the airline.
"In all my years of travelling in first class, I have never seen such well-behaved children. They were an absolute credit to their parents."
In Dubai to join AC Milan's winter training programme, on loan from his US football club LA Galaxy, the world's media was waiting to see if the hunky footie star would be arriving in the city with his wife and the kids.
Avoiding a modest number of snappers and journalists at Dubai's new terminal 3, the Beckham brigade took the VIP Majlis route from plane to hotel leaving those waiting wondering whether the family were in tow.
"They were extremely polite and not a bit of trouble. Lovely, lovely people and such an adorable family unit. I have to admit to being very surprised about what a wonderful father and husband he appeared to be."
The passenger said the family slept almost the entire journey and didn't wake up to eat.
