Intellect Coffee and Pink Caravan join forces
Intellect Coffee, the UAE homegrown and female-led coffee brand, announced its second collaboration with Pink Caravan, the leading non-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer.
As a female-owned brand, Intellect Coffee is passionate about supporting causes that empower and uplift women. Pink Caravan's commitment to providing free breast scans aligns seamlessly with Intellect Coffee's values, making this collaboration a natural and impactful alliance.
The famous Intellect Coffee C-Wagon, literal coffee on wheels, will be following the caravan around prime locations in Dubai, making the testing experience for all women more enjoyable. For each mammogram conducted, all recipients will be served delicious free coffee as a post check-up treat.
Sharjah Ladies Club initiative
Sharjah Ladies Club in collaboration with Friends of Cancer Patients FOCP is offering hair donation with complimentary cuts and blow-dries at Orchid Beauty Boutique throughout October. In addition to the month long collaboration, on October 26th, SLC welcomes women to take part in its Pretty in Pink event with BRAE that includes an educational talk on breast cancer awareness, hair consultations with a BRAE expert, as well as complimentary haircuts for those who wish to donate their locks to the cause. Pink-themed refreshments and desserts served throughout. Located within Sharjah Ladies Club, Orchid Beauty Boutique encourages women to visit to make a donation this October, with its operating hours from 9am-9pm Saturday to Thursday, and 11am - 9pm on Friday.
Free consultations at Aster Muhaisnah and Sharjah hospitals
As part of Aster Hospital’s breast cancer awareness initiatives, breast cancer consultations with resident surgeons and gynecologists are available for free at the Aster Muhaisnah and Sharjah hospitals. In addition, once breast health consultations are completed at the hospitals, women will be eligible for a 50% discount on breast ultrasound and lab tests.
Mobile clinic at Motor City
Brands For Less Group, the leading off-price retailer, as part of its campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer, is inviting women to visit the Pink Caravan parked at the Shopping Center in Motor City on October 15 from 10am until 4pm. The mobile clinic will be providing free mammogram breast cancer testing to the public.
