Inspired and backed by rapper Jay-Z, a Brooklyn-born wings restaurant, Buffalo Boss, is bringing a hip hop swagger to the Dubai dining scene with its first outlet in the UAE.
Serving up traditional wings, chicken tenders, house-made sauces, and signatures sides, Buffalo Boss is also delivering a dusting of snow to Dubai diners with its speciality, southern fried snow wings. For fans of spicy seafood, there’s an alternative take on an old favourite, with the Buffalo Boss’ better than dynamite butterfly shrimp.
Founded by Jay-Z’s first cousin, Jamar White, the Jumeirah Street outlet fuses a hip hop soundtrack with quality, fresh ingredients in a cool rap-styled venue for an authentic feel of the New York City streets.
A genuine wing-fanatic, Jamar established Buffalo Boss in 2010 and now has three outlets across Brooklyn and one in Milwaukee, making the Dubai branch the first location outside of the USA. Brining the Brooklyn vibe to Dubai’s beachside district, the Buffalo Boss himself, Jamar, can often be found front of house sharing stories of his famous family connections.
Whether you prefer your wings mild and savoury, sweet and smoky, or you’re up for the ‘total destruction’ heat level of the ‘N’Sinerator’, Buffalo Boss has a sauce for every palate. For something completely different, diners can try the speciality snow wings. These southern fried wings are finished with a dusting of icing sugar to deliver sweet and savoury perfection.
