Rachelle Ann Go wins award

Rachelle Ann Go won Best Supporting Actress in a Musical at the recently-concluded WhatsOnStage Awards, held at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London for her portrayal of Gigi Van Tranh in the West End revival of Miss Saigon.

Go was ecstatic with the honour, saying it was a dream come true for her. On her Facebook account (@RachelleAnnGo), the Miss Saigon star dedicated the award to her family and everyone who watched the show, saying “We sing for you every night and will not get tired of performing.” Go’s award is one of the nine trophies awarded to Miss Saigon including Best Direction, Best Choreography, and Best Musical Revival.
