BELIFT LAB has provided an update on the legal actions it is taking to safeguard Enhypen from the growing issues of stalking and privacy violations. This statement comes after band members faced a series of privacy violations and stalking incidents. People have been using illegal methods, such as bribing delivery workers or drivers, to access the artists' residences, photographing them, and selling the pictures. In addition, there have been cases where people obtained private information to board the same flights as the members of ENHYPEN and took unauthorized photos of them in private spaces.

In their statement, the agency also addressed ongoing efforts to combat misinformation and emphasised the importance of safety guidelines for fans at airports.

On March 5, the agency released the following statement:

Hello,
This is BELIFT LAB.

We want to extend our sincere thanks to ENGENE [fandom name] for your ongoing love and support for ENHYPEN.

Unfortunately, actions that threaten the safety and invade the privacy of our artists have escalated to an unacceptable level. We are actively working to protect our artists, including taking legal measures, and would like to provide an update on the current situation.

  1. Measures Against Privacy Violations and Illegal Stalking of Artists
Recently, there have been alarming incidents of illegal stalking where individuals have bribed delivery workers or drivers to trespass onto our artists' properties, photographing them and selling the images. In response, we have initiated criminal proceedings using evidence, including security camera footage.

Furthermore, we continue to face ongoing privacy violations, such as individuals using illegally obtained information to board the same flights as our artists and persistently taking unauthorized photos in private settings. These actions cause significant harm to our artists and clearly constitute stalking behaviors that violate their consent.

We are actively gathering and documenting evidence to identify the perpetrators. With the help of fan reports, we are pursuing complaints with the appropriate authorities and will fully cooperate with investigations to ensure thorough action is taken.

The agency continued to address serious privacy violations, including individuals using illegally obtained information to track artists' flights and taking unauthorised photos in private spaces. These actions, which amount to stalking, are causing harm and violating the artists' consent. The agency added that they are collecting evidence to identify those responsible, with the help of fan reports, and is filing complaints with authorities to ensure proper legal action is taken.

The agency has also uncovered organised efforts in online chatrooms to spread false rumors and sell private information to harass and threaten artists. They are gathering evidence of these illegal activities, which include obscene calls, stalking, and the sale of personal details.

Additionally, the agency urged fans to maintain order and respect at airports, avoiding interference, excessive physical contact, and taking unauthorized photos. Selling flight information is illegal, and any involvement in this will result in legal consequences.
