Shraddha Arya wedding photos out: 'Kundli Bhagya' actress stuns in traditional bridal outfit

It was a ceremony that seemed straight out of the Bollywood movie as TV actress Shraddha Arya tied the knot with Delhi-based naval officer Rahul Sharma on Monday night.

Arya, who is best known for her role in the series ‘Kundali Bhagya’, looked resplendent in a red bridal lehenga. The skirt was heavily embellished and was richly embroidered. She paired the ensemble with red bangles and traditional jewellery.

The groom wasn’t too shabby either. He matched her red ensemble with a white sherwani or tunic. He also wore a red turban to complete his look.

Their blissful wedding pictures show the two enjoying each other's company and ceremony. It was a low profile ceremony with a handful of guests from the Indian television industry. Actors such as Anjum Sheikh and Supriya were a part of their special day.

For one of the pre-wedding rituals, the 34-year-old actress chose a yellow lehenga and accessorised it with floral jewels. As she posted a picture of her looking cheerful in yellow, she wrote: "D-Day"

She also shared photos of her sporting her rock-like engagement ring on her finger.

Arya’s first brush with fame arrived when she became a contestant on India’s Best Cinestars Ki Khoj in 2004. She has since built up a steady stream of fans with stints in shows including 'Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki', 'Tumhari Paakhi', 'Dream Girl', 'Kumkum Bhagya' and 'Kundali Bhagya'.
