Professional rally driver, legend in the drifting communities and serial tyre-killer Ken Block is back. You’ve heard of Gymkhana – but what about Climbkhana? In 2017, he took his 1,400 horsepower Mustang up Pikes Peak (sideways and in clouds of smoke, of course) to create Climbkhana and it is still one of the coolest videos on the net. The master hoon — who is in his 50s — isn’t showing any signs of slowing down as he returns for a sequel on the most dangerous road in China…

Taking place at the famous Heaven’s Gate road located in Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province (where Volkswagen set a record at with its ID.R time attack car earlier this year) Block gives his Mustang a rest and instead thrashes his awesome 1977 Ford F-150 Hoonitruck through all 99 corners of the ascending and extremely tight mountain road. Climbing 6.7 miles with zero runoff and several precipitous cliffs, most of us wouldn’t even walk up there. In fact, it is so dangerous that the public is not actually allowed to drive on it, but this is Block we’re talking about. He has no problems sliding his classic truck (featuring an EcoBoost V6, sequential transmission, and hydraulic handbrake) all the way up the mountain – although he comes very, very close to doom a few times (watch out for the scenes where the rear of his F-150 kisses the barriers!)

Like previous Hoonigan videos, the production quality of this latest effort is top-notch – so click here to watch this incredible video and remember to turn the volume way up, sit back and get ready for a thrilling ride!
