The criteria cover parts and accessory Sales as well as customer retention, work shop capacity analysis, parts inventory management, compliance to manufacturer standards, and customer satisfaction. All distributors / National Sales Companies are divided into three groups based on the business volume. Arabian Automobiles Co. won the grand prize in the ‘large National Sales Company’ (NSC) category.
With this year's win, the company continues to be recognized for maintaining the highest standing in aftersales performance among all Nissan dealers operating globally.
