Aston Martin launches Dh272,000 racing simulator

Aston Martin has revealed a luxury racing simulator for home use for racing aficionados who would want to hone their skills in the virtual world.

Dubbed AMR-C01, the simulator is the result of a new partnership between Aston Martin and British technology company, Curv Racing Simulators.

Styled by the Aston Martin Design team and crafted in carbon fibre, the front of the simulator’s bodywork is shaped to invoke the signature Aston Martin Racing grille.

Aston Martin says the AMR-C01 has a lightweight carbon fibre monocoque and makes use of the latest technology to provide a fully immersive driving experience for the home user.

The seating position of the simulator mirrors that of the Aston Martin Valkyrie, adding a futuristic hypercar feel to the simulator.

Limited to just 150 examples, the order book for the Aston Martin AMR-C01 is now open. The simulator comes with a base retail of £57,500 (Dh272,655) plus tax. First deliveries will take place in Q4 2020.
