Dubai: One of the hottest and in-demand love teams in Philippines cinema has landed in Dubai, for their second appearance to their adoring fans in Middle East.
James Reid and Nadine Lustre, also known as JaDine, held a press meet-up in Dubai ahead of their concert.
The pair landed in Dubai around 6.10am on Thursday at the Dubai International Airport ahead of their "Always JaDine Live in Dubai" concert tour on Friday at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Last year, JaDine enchanted their legion of screaming Dubai fans for the first time — a feat that prompted organisers to put on a second show.
The reel-and-real life couple received a warm welcome from hard-core fans and supporters who went to the airport early morning to catch the arrival of Reid and Lustre.
Despite the delayed arrival, Reid and Lustre, who were expected to be in Dubai on Wednesday night, happily engaged with their fans who wore JaDine fan t-shirts and gave them flowers.
Ahead of their arrival in Dubai, Reid and Lustre shared with Gulf News tabloid! their excitement as they prepare to perform for their fans in the UAE.
“The concert will be very different,” shares Lustre in an email interview with Gulf News tabloid!. “This time we added a lot of visuals and we’re really hands on with this concert.”
Reid adds: “I’ll be singing some of my songs from my album.”
The talented pair said they are looking forward to another unforgettable show after enjoying an amazing crowd during their concert last year in Dubai.
Reid said his skydiving feat at Skydive Dubai was one of the highlights of his visit last year. “I did skydiving last year! One of the most memorable experiences I had.”
