There's no power in most of the Bicol region, comprised of six provinces. At least 500 flights were cancelled or delayed in Manila. The airport terminal in Legazpi City, which took a bullseye hit from Kammuri, has been severely damaged. Damage to agriculture of Bicol region alone is estimated at 667 million pesos.
