The Comedy Wildlife Photo Awards have revealed the final 42 images for its 2021 competition. This year, photos were chosen from 7,000 plus entries from all across the world. Above, a dragonfly looks like it's laughing into the camera.

The awards were founded in 2015 by photographers Paul Joynson-Hicks and Tom Sullam, who wanted to promote wildlife conservation through humour. Above, green tree frog, Tangerang, Jakarta.
