Ravi Menon

Menon joined SOBHA in 2004 as Director and became Vice Chairman in 2006. In 2012, he took over as Chairman, guiding the company through a period of significant growth and diversification. His leadership has strengthened Sobha’s integrated manufacturing and construction model, setting benchmarks for quality and transparency in the Indian real estate industry. Under his direction, Sobha implemented advanced project management systems, quality evaluation procedures, and customer care frameworks that improved operational efficiency and accountability. He also steered the company into innovative housing concepts, including cost-effective, high-quality homes for first-time buyers. Beyond business, Menon has been actively involved in social initiatives inspired by his father, PNC Menon. He has supported projects in education, healthcare, senior citizen welfare, and community rehabilitation, aligning corporate success with social progress.
