Dubai: House hunting, anyone? If you are a fan of famed boxing champion Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and have a few million dollars to spare, here’s one property you might be interested in.

A mansion located in the famous and affluent Hancock Park in Los Angeles, California has been put up for sale for under $3 million. It is owned by Pacquiao. The home was featured on an episode of MTV’s Cribs.

According to real-estate blog Realtor.com, the Filipino boxing superstar is selling the two-storey, Mediterranean-style home for $2.7 million.

The mansion has 5.5 baths and the master suite balcony is overlooking a pool and spa. 

It also has five bedrooms, but the most luxurious room is perhaps the kitchen – it has gourmet appliances, a built-in coffee bar and a large kitchen island with a floating glass hood.

Pacquiao bought the mansion in 2009 for $2.17 million, according to public records.Pacquiao has stayed at the mansion whenever he visits or has a fight in the US.
