Plastic litter flies in the face of avian life

These photos show that discarded plastic not only affects our lives but the lives of other living creatures, too. This mynah had a piece of plastic entangled around its neck and struggled frantically to remove it from its neck.

I watched it for a very long time and it failed to dislodge the plastic and I sincerely hope it succeeded later on. It is high time we all make a change by at least disposing plastic in bins, rather than throwing it carelessly and cause suffering to fellow creatures.
