Seagrill

This newly opened European Bistro was one of the best pool-side dining spots I’ve tried in Dubai. The spot offers lunch and dinner with a large al fresco terrace. Highlights include the kale and pepper salad, mushroom fusilli pasta with goat’s cheese and truffle oil, and desserts such as creme brulee with juicy raspberries or their baked Alaska. It’s a great spot to enjoy a meal with your pool buddies after a day in the sun.

Location: Fairmont The Palm.

The main courses include salmon served with potato, leek and spinach, or tagliolini alla chitarra with capers, anchovies, olives and tomato. Those looking for a non-pasta option can enjoy chicken milanese with a rocket and tomato salad. The speedy lunch menu also includes dessert. Choose from profiteroles, sorbets or freshly baked tarts.
