Grilled eggplant, 40gm
Chopped tomato, 10gm
Chopped onion, 05gm
Chopped parsley, 03gm
Chopped mint leaves, 02gm
Lemon juice, 05ml
Olive oil, 05ml
Salt, 03gm
Pomegranate seed, 10gm
1. Mix the eggplant with the chopped vegetable
2. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well
3. Top with pomegranate seeds and olive oil, then serve
