Ramadan drink recipe: Walnut lassi

For 2 small glasses | Preparation time 5 mins | Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

100ml milk

75g walnuts, plus a few thin slices to garnish

2 tbsp dark brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

8 ice cubes

250ml natural yoghurt

Method

1. Put the milk, walnuts, sugar and cinnamon in a liquidiser with the ice cubes and blend until smooth.

2. Add the yoghurt and blend again.

3. Divide the lassi between two glasses and garnish with thin slices of walnut.
