Dubai: A Dubai-based gourmet catering company, Chez Charles, has hired two Michelin star chefs to take its gastronomic concept to an all new level.

Charles Boghos, CEO, said the company is expanding its team to coincide with the launch of its all-new-look website and catering service. Star chefs Sylvain Gohier and Jérémy Degras bring their years of expertise to raise the bar of gourmet catering service in Dubai.

“We have a brand new 3,500 square foot kitchen which also allows people to dine. The space can also be hired for hosting private functions,” said Boghos.

“Customisation is at the heart of our offering and we plan to redefine how catering is perceived for small- and large-scale functions. Our rates are flexible – depending on what the menu is. If you want caviar, lobster and foig gras, the numbers are going to go up. Generally speaking our charges can range from Dh200 to Dh1,000 per person. Our business meal with a three-course menu costs Dh109.
