Have you got what it takes to win the S.Pellegrino Young Chef award?

Entries are now open for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition’s second edition.
The international competition divides applicants in 20 geographical regions; and 10 semi-finalists from each compete at a local event.
Submit applications, with a signature dish, on www.finedininglovers.com. Chefs need to be under 30 and working as professionals in a restaurant, either as chefs, sous chefs or chefs de partie, for at least one year. The deadline for entries is March 31.
A local jury will select a finalist according to five Golden Rules: ingredients, skills, genius, beauty, message.
Last year’s winner, Mark Moriarty, will guide candidates with a series of video tips on finedininglovers.com. Last year, two chefs from the UAE made it to the semi-finals competing at a local competition.
