1/2 avocado
50 gms curd cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bagel
1-2 lettuce leaves
2 slices smoked turkey breast
1. Cut avocado into small pieces and mix with curd cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Split the bagel.
3. Place lettuce leaf, turkey breast and avocado-curd cheese on the bottom.
4. Place the top back on. Eat.
